EndFeb 23
Hey there! I am so excited to share that The Cereal Box has once again teamed up with the legendary Johnny Cupcakes and I for another Cake Dealer pop up shop! We will be out slinging a fresh batch of cupcake and sprinkle themed tees, hoodies, sweats, beanies, accessories and more on Saturday, February 23 from 2-4 pm.  Haven't heard of the brand? Johnny Cupcakes is a sweet apparel brand dripping with sweet pop-culture references, often replacing iconic symbols with cupcakes! The Cereal Box believes in cereal, candy-colored milk and toys in the box. Free wi-fi and a solid sweet tooth. In forgetting all that adult stuff like bills, board meetings and blah blah blah. That’s why we built The Cereal Box, a place with more than 120 cereals from around the world, a variety different toppings, gallons of crazy milk and shelves of collectible vinyl toys. It’s a place where you can build your dream bowl and binge watch Saturday morning cartoons, even if it’s a Tuesday afternoon. So, ditch your dusty, old Bran ‘n’ Fiber O’s, and join us in destroying boredom. It’s time to think inside the box and let your inner child run wild. ***NO CASH ACCEPTED at the pop up! Taught by Megan Aller with First American Title Company: In today's unique market environment many agents are struggling with managing both buyer and seller expectations. It is only through understanding real estate trends that agents will be able to adapt, overcome and conquer common objections or issues clients face when buying or selling a home. In order to make a compelling argument an agent can use data provided by their MLS to show clients, rather than tell them, using charts and graphs to persuade them to make smart decisions in an extreme market. If you are challenged with sellers trying to over-price their home or buyers who are low balling offers this presentation will give you sound bytes which you can strategically use to manage client's expectations.
